Refund policy - Payment in full or a $100 deposit must be made with the initial registration for camp.
- Payment in full must be recieved 1 week prior to the start of camp.
- Cancellation from camp after the initial registration fee is paid will result in a refund in the amount of your total payment minus the $50 non-refundable fee.
- Cancellation of registration at any time prior toor during camp session for which you sign up that is due to injury or illness that prevents participation will result in a refund in the amount of your total payment minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee. A SIGNED NOTE FROM YOUR PHYSICIAN STATING THAT THE CAMPER IS NOT CLEARED TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMP MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER FOR THIS REFUND OPTION TO BE CONSIDERED.
- There is no refund for campers who do not attend camp or miss days.
