Refund policy

  1. Payment in full or a $100 deposit must be made with the initial registration for camp.                                                                                                                            
  2.  Payment in full must be recieved 1 week prior to the start of camp.
  3. Cancellation  from camp after the initial registration fee is paid will result in a refund in the amount of your total payment minus the $50 non-refundable fee.
  4. Cancellation of registration at any time prior toor during camp session for which you sign up that is due to injury or illness that prevents participation will result in a refund in the amount of your total payment minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee. A SIGNED NOTE FROM YOUR PHYSICIAN STATING THAT THE CAMPER IS NOT CLEARED TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMP MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER FOR THIS REFUND OPTION TO BE CONSIDERED.
  5. There is no refund for campers who do not attend camp or miss days.
